微卫星标记MCM38在波尔山羊及其级进杂交后代中的遗传多态性的研究

摘    要:利用经筛选的与产肉性能相关的微卫星引物MCM38,对波尔山羊及其与关中奶山羊级进杂交后代的MCM38基因座进行了多态性分析,分析检测了纯种和F1-F3代中该位点的等位基因频率、杂合度、多态信息含量和有效等位基因数。结果表明,微卫星标记MCM38在波尔山羊及其级进杂交后代中都存在丰富的多态性,其中以F1代多态性最丰富(PIC=0.8441)。本研究表明微卫星标记MCM38可作为肉用山羊生长发育性状候选基因的标记辅助选择,也可为波尔山羊的杂交改良、杂种优势利用、后代标记辅助选择(MAS)提供试验依据。

Abstract:Gene frequency,polymorphism information contents,number of effective alleles and heterozygosity were analyzed in Boer goat and its hybridized offsprings with Guanzhong dairy goat using microsatellite markers MCM38.The results indicated that there are genetic polymorphisms at microsatellite MCM38 in Boer goat and its hybridized offsprings with Guanzhong dairy goat.Microsatellite MCM38 can be used for genetic polymorphism evaluation in Boer goat and its hybridized offsprings with Guanzhong dairy goat;the variation in the hybridized offsprings of F1 at microsatellite MCM38 is higher than others.Microsatellite analysis showed that the selected microsatellite loci MCM38 can be used as the assisted selection marker.This can accelerate the improvement speed of goat in meat production.
