多茵灵和吡唑醚菌酯对2种辣椒炭疽病菌联合毒力的测定

摘    要:目的]研究多菌灵与吡唑醚菌酯混配对辣椒炭疽病菌的毒力效果。方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定多菌灵、吡唑醚菌酯混配对辣椒黑色炭疽菌和辣椒红色炭疽菌的毒力。结果]多菌灵和吡唑醚菌酯对黑色辣椒炭疽病菌EC50值分别是1.751 0、0.481 8μg/ml,对红色辣椒炭疽菌EC50值分别是1.163 4、0.496 5μg/ml。多菌灵的毒力小于吡唑醚菌酯;多菌灵与吡唑醚菌酯混配对2种辣椒炭疽病菌增效系数(SR)为1.182.57,部分配比具有显著增效作用。结论]研究结果为防治辣椒炭疽病的有效混配杀菌剂的开发及应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:Objective] To study the toxicity effect of mixing substance of carbendazim and ovraclostrobin against the two kinds of C.capsici.Method] The synergistic effect of carbendazim and ovraclostrobin against Colletotrichum nigrum Ell.et Halst and C.G.piperatum Ell.et EV were tested by growth rate method.Result] The result showed that the EC50 of carbendazim and ovraclostrobin to C.nigrum Ell.et Halst were 1.751 0 μg/ml and 0.481 8 μg/ml respectively,while the EC50 of carbendazim and ovraclostrobin to C.G.piperatum Ell.et EV were 1.163 4 μg/ml and 0.496 5 μg/ml.The toxicity of carbendazim was much lower than ovraclostrobin.Some combinations of carbendazim and ovraclostrobin had synergistic toxicity effect against the two kinds of C.capsici.The synergistic ration(SR) was 1.18-2.57.Conclusion] These primary research results might provide some useful data for development and application of the mixed fungicides which could control the C.capsici effectively.
