| 摘 要： | 目的]建立同时测定北五味子中3种木脂素成分（五味子甲素、五味子乙素和五味子酯甲）的分析方法。方法]以甲醇和水为流动相,采用等度洗脱对标样以及供试品进行分离,并且通过标准品以及保留时间进行定性。结果]五味子甲素、五味子乙素以及五味子酯甲分别在0156.0、0138.0、0120.4 mg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限分别为0.202,0.204,0.338μg/L。结论]该方法操作简单,分离效果好,灵敏度高
