食品卫生检验实验教学改革整合与探讨

摘    要:以教学模式应用型转变为突破口,重新整合了食品卫生检验实验的教学内容,创立了新的教学方式。坚持以教师为主导、学生为主体,理论联系实际,培养学生发现问题和解决问题的实际工作能力。对实验课与理论课进行了改革,形成了系统、完整的食品卫生检验实验课程的新型教学模式。

Abstract:Taking the teaching method of applied changing as a breakthrough,re-integrated the teaching content of Food and Hygiene Inspection Experiment,and a new teaching method was created.Adhere to the teacher-led,student-centered,theory along with practice,aim to train students to identify problems and problem-solving capacity of the actual work.Furthermore,the theory and experiment were reformed,let the food hygiene inspection of the new teaching model experimental course becoming more systematic and complete.
