太阳辐射减弱对冬小麦形态和光合特性影响的研究

摘    要:以自然太阳总辐射为对照(CK),设置了CK、T1(60%CK)、T2(40%CK)、T3(20%CK)、T4(15%CK)5个处理组,系统研究了太阳辐射减弱对冬小麦光合作用和形态的影响。结果表明:(1)当太阳辐射减弱至20%时将极显著降低冬小麦的光合速率;(2)株高、叶面积、叶面积比在各个生育中均明显增加,但茎粗、比叶重降低;(3)太阳辐射减弱处理使Fv/Fm升高、ΦPSⅡ降低、qP下降和NPQ升高,表明辐射减弱下冬小麦未发生光抑制。可见,虽然太阳辐射减弱下冬小麦未发生光抑制,且通过形态改变来增加对光能的捕获,但光能不足仍然使得光合速率持续下降。

Abstract:Five treatment groups were set,namely CK,T1(60% CK),T2(40% CK),T3(20% CK) and T4(15% CK),with the total natural solar radiation as the control group(CK),we studied the photosynthesis and morphology effects of winter wheat systematically when the solar radiation was reducing.Results showed that:(1)The winter wheat would significantly reduce the photosynthetic rate when the solar radiation weakened to 20%;(2) Compared with CK,the plant height,leaf area,leaf area ratio visibly increased while stem diameter and specific leaf weight decreased during the whole periods;(3) With the weakening of solar radiation,the value of Fv/Fm increased,the photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ decreased,photochemical quenching coefficient(qP) fell off and nonphotochemical quenching coefficient(NPQ) went up,which indicated that photoinhibition did not take place on the winter wheat under reduced radiation.It was clear that photoinhibition did not take place and winter wheat improved its ability to capture light energy by changing morphology,but the lack of light made the photosynthetic rate of winter wheat continuously declining.
