摘    要:植物雄性不育是自然界中的一种普遍现象。通过雄性不育系获得杂种优势,从而大幅度提高作物产量。近年来在植物雄性不育生理生化研究中取得了一定的成果,分别从内源激素、脂膜过氧化、物质代谢和能量代谢等方面对植物雄性不育进行了探索。植物雄性不育的生理生化研究将遗传和表型联系起来,有助于全面地认识雄性不育发生机理。

Abstract:Plant male sterility is a fairly common phenomenon in nature.Through plant male sterility,heterosis could be obtained to improve crop yield substantially.In recent years,progresses have been made in physiological and biochemical studies of plant male sterility which includes endogenous hormone contents,lipid peroxidation,substance metabolism and energy metabolism.The physiological and biochemical studies of plant male sterility correlate heredity with phenotype,which helps us to understand the mechanism of male sterility comprehensively.
