芒果质量安全状况调查及检测分析

摘    要:为了解芒果质量安全状况,对生产过程的病虫害及用药情况进行实地调研。调研发现:芒果生产者质量安全意识总体较高,生产中主要使用高效低毒农药,生产基本采用套袋技术;农药残留和重金属检测结果显示,芒果农药残留和重金属残留均在安全范围内。提出进一步提高芒果质量安全的建议。

Abstract:On account to comprehensively realize the quality and safety of mangoes, fungicides and pesticides used to control and minimize the occurrence of the diseases and pests in the orchard, the investigation was carried out. The result shows that the awareness on quality and safety of the producer was strong by applying the high active, low toxic pesticides and bagging technology into production generally. The quantified analysis shows that the residues of pesticides and metal are in the safety extent. In the end, the suggestions were given on how to enhance the quality and safety on the mango industry.
