| 摘 要： | 通过田间试验及实验室分析,研究了不同品种紫花苜蓿的不同部位中钾含量、脯氨酸含量、含水量及单株干质量的关系。结果表明不同品种、不同部位的钾含量和脯氨酸含量差异较大。紫花苜蓿花序部位钾的积累比叶部位要高,而脯氨酸含量则是缺钾的叶片中含量较高,其含钾量高的部位有较高的含水量。

| Abstract: | The relationship between the content of potassium in different part of several lucerne(Medicago sativa)cultivars and the content of proline,water and dry matter weight was studied in field experiments and laboratories analyses.The results showed that there were remarkable differences between accumulation of potassium and proline in different part and different cultivars.The inflorescence had more potassium than leaf.However,the content of proline in leaf was more than inflorescence.The results also indicated that accumulation of potassium was in accordance with the content of water content. |
