| 摘 要： | 以不同的草粪比配制原料,进行厌氧发酵,研究草粪比对甘蔗叶干法厌氧发酵产气效果的影响。结果表明,草粪比为1∶1和2∶1的处理组产气速度快,有明显的产气高峰,在发酵前40 d就产生了大部分气体。草粪比为1∶1的处理组总产气量最高,达到1 218.46 L,甲烷含量稳定后持续25 d保持在60%以上,草粪比为2∶1的处理组总产气量849.20 L,甲烷含量持续18 d保持在60%以上,草粪比为1∶0的处理组总产气量335.50 L,甲烷含量稳定后保持在45%左右。草粪比为1∶1和2∶1的处理组总固体产气量相差不大,但明显高于草粪比为1∶0的处理组。因此,添加猪粪有利于甘蔗叶干法厌氧发酵的进行,两者混合发酵比单一发酵产气效果要好。在产气高峰之后及时更换物料,可维持较高的产气量以保证实际用气量。

| Abstract: | Preparation of raw materials in accordance with the different mass ratio of pig manure to Sugarcane leaves,effect of different ratios of manure to straw on the gas production were studied.Results showed that the ratio of manure to straw at 1:1 and 2:1 produce gas faster with a obvious peak of gas production,and produced the majority of gas between 40 days after the start.The ratio of manure to straw at 1:1 had the maximal yield,up to 1 218.46 L in 60 days,the methane content remained at over 60% in 25 days.... |
