| Abstract: | Based on the gene sequences of Torque teno mini virus(TTMV) genotype 2,a pair of primers was designed to amplify the ORF1 gene of TTMV.The ORF1 gene was ligated into the expression vector pET-28a to construct a recombinated plasmid pET28a-ORF1,and then was transformed into the E.coli BL21(DE3).The results of SDS-PAGE and Western blot indicated that the ORF1 gene was highly expressed in E.coli,and possessed good immunogenicity. |
