摘    要:对山东和上海的2个野生大豆居群后代(共108份材料)和83份来自我国部分省(市)栽培大豆资源分别接种大豆花叶病毒(SMV)东北3号(N3)和黄淮7号(SC-7)株系,另外,对32份多年生野生大豆接种N3株系.结果表明,山东野生大豆居群的抗性明显高于上海居群,并从山东居群中筛选出4份对N3株系高抗和5份对SC-7株系高抗...

Abstract:108 lines of wild soybean populations from Shandong and Shanghai and 83 cultivars from some other provinces in China have been identified for their resistance to SMV-inoculated N3 and SC-7 germplasm.In addition,32 lines of perennial wild soybean were used to investigate its resistance to SMV-inoculated strain N3.The results showed that the resistance of Shandong wild population to SMV was significantly higher than that of Shanghai population.4 lines with high resistance to the SMV-inoculated strain N3 and 5...
