| 摘 要： | 选用7个稻瘟病菌稳定菌株,将588个水稻品种划分为66个品种类群,为今后开展品种抗病性的基因分析提供了必要的条件。通过测试,提出15个抗多个生理小种的广谱抗性品种,这些良好抗源可作杂交亲本利用。

| Abstract: | By using sever stable isolates (physiological races) of Pyricularia oryzae,the rice varieties so far tested can be distinguished into 66 groups.This will be the basis of further studies on the genetic analysis of disease resistance after repeated trials in accordance with reaction of resistance or susceptibility to rice blast,15 resistant cultivars to blast were found.They can resist various physiological races and can be recommended as the blast resistance sources for breeding.
The present results show that the varietal resistance of rice to blast is rather various and that certain genomes of resistance in different groups of rice are mutually complementary.It is shown in this paper that the classification of rice varieties based on the resistance to rice blast shows practical significance. |
