| 摘 要： | 从农业农村发展进入新阶段、监管工作新要求、部门职责调整、法律实施面临新问题以及监督管理新实践等方面阐述了修订《农产品质量安全法》的必要性，提出修法要体现质量与安全并重、产管并举以及共享共治的原则，并据此提出了法律修订内容方面的建议。

The Revision of the Law on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products: Reflections |

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the necessity of revising the Law on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products from the aspects of new stage of agricultural development, new requirements for supervision, adjustment of department responsibilities, problems in law enforcement and new practices in supervision. Then, it puts forward the principles of paying equal attention to both quality and safety, giving priority to prevention, as well as joint administration, and suggestions on content revision of the law. |
