摘    要:探讨了二级涡轮增压布置方案,介绍了一种增压发动机耗气特性的计算方法,计算出不同高度和转速下发动机的耗气量和压比,绘制出该发动机的耗气特性边界线,研究了涡轮增压系统高、低两级压气机的协同运行区域,分析了高压级压气机的折合流量,以及发动机、压气机和涡轮的协同运行边界。结果表明,所选二级涡轮增压系统在一定的涡轮控制策略下能够与发动机耗气边界协同运行,为矫正涡轮控制策略提供一定依据。

Abstract:In this paper,the arrangement of a two-stage turbocharging was discussed.A calculating method of engine air consume character was introduced.The engine’s air consume character and the compression ratio of different altitude and rotation velocity were calculated.The boundary line of engine’s air consume character was drew.The synergy operation region of the two-stage turbocharging system was studied.The reversed flow of the high compressor,and the synergy operation boundary of the engine,compressor and turbo were analyzed.The conclusion indicated that the two-stage turbocharging system could coordinately operate with the engine air-consume boundary,which offered some proofs for adjustment of turbo control strategy.
