圆角强化对曲轴疲劳强度的影响

摘    要:经过圆角强化的曲轴,相对圆角不强化的曲轴,其疲劳强度大幅提高,按照存活率为99.9%的弯矩疲劳极限M-1计算,为圆角不淬火的2.1倍,对延长曲轴乃至柴油机的寿命、防止曲轴断裂等都起到决定性的作用。批量生产应用表明,圆角强化后的曲轴能产生显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:The crankshaft with fillet strengthening,its fatigue stress is largely increased than that of the one without fillet strengthening.Calculating according to the moment fatigue limit M-1 of survival rate 99.9%,it is 2.1 times than that of crankshaft fillet without hardening.And this can play a decisive role in prolonging service life of engine and crankshaft and preventing crankshaft from breaking.The production practices show that the crankshaft with fillet strengthening can produce the remarkable social and economic benefits.
