复合酶制剂对樱桃谷肉鸭生长性能及营养物质表观消化率的影响

摘    要:试验选用180只体重为59.46±0.09g的1日龄樱桃谷肉仔鸭,随机分为4组,即对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组,分别饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮、稻谷-玉米-豆粕型日粮以及在稻谷-玉米-豆粕型日粮中分别添加复合酶制剂500和1000g·t^-1,每组设3个重复,每个重复15只。试验期35d。试验结果表明,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组肉鸭较对照Ⅰ组平均日增重显著提高(P〈0.05),料重比显著降低(P〉0.05);试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组肉鸭较对照Ⅰ组CP、AME和NDF的表观消化率均显著提高(P〈0.05)。

Abstract:One hundred and eighty (1 d old) cherry valley ducks (59.46±0.09 g) were chosen to be randomly divided into 4 groups, and lout different diets including corn-soybean (control group Ⅰ ), paddy-corn-soybean (control group Ⅱ), adding compound enzyme complex (500 g.t^-1). in paddy-corn-soybean based diet (trial group Ⅱ ) and adding compound enzyme eomplex (1 000 g.t^-1) in paddy-corn-soybean based diet (trial group Ⅱ) were fed, with 3 replicates in eaeh group and 15 ducks in each group in 35 d. The results showed that the average daily gain of trial group I and trial group Ⅱ were significantly increased comparing with control group (P〈0.05), and the ratio of Iced gain was significantly decreased(P〈0.05). The apparent digestibility of erude fat, apparent metab- olizable energy(AME) and neutral detergent fiher of trial group Ⅰ and trial group Ⅱ were significantly increased comparing with control group Ⅰ (P〈0.05).
