| 摘 要： | 目的为了解湖南省规模化猪场结肠小袋纤毛虫的感染情况。方法采用沉淀法检测了12个规模化猪场1097头生猪的粪便样品。结果12个猪场全部都检测到了结肠小袋纤毛虫,场阳性率为100%;各猪场的感染率为22.2%~83.1%。不同生长阶段的感染率为:种公猪41.3%,繁殖母猪40.0%,哺乳仔猪10.1%,保育猪26.8%,育肥猪53.7%。在检测的1 097份粪便样品中,有416份阳性,感染率37.9%。结论12个猪场各生长阶段的猪均有结肠,小袋纤毛虫感染以育肥猪最为严重,种猪次之,哺乳仔猪则较低。 |

| Abstract: | Objective In order to understand the Balantidium coli infection on scaled pig-farms in Hunan.Method A stool examination was carried on the fecal samples of 1,097 hogs from 12 farms.Results Balantidium coli were detected on all the 12 farms;the positive rate for the farm was 100%;the average rate of infection on the farms ranged from 22.2% to 83.1%;The rates of infection for different stages were as follows: 41.3% for boars,40.0% for breeding sows,10.1% for piglets;26.8% for nursing pigs,53.7% for finishing pigs.Of the 1097detected samples,416 were positive with a rate of 37.9%.Condasion The pigs of different stages were all inftedied on the 12 fourms. |
