摘    要:为了阐明不同施肥措施下,农田土壤对可溶性有机碳(DOC)的吸附差异,基于黄壤水稻土长期施肥定位试验,采用动力学吸附法和平衡吸附法研究了不同施肥处理(CK,N,NP,NPK,M,NPKM,)的土壤对DOC的吸附特征。黄壤水稻土不同施肥处理之间,土壤对DOC的吸附速率常数相同,24 h左右基本达到吸附平衡。不同施肥处理下,土壤对DOC的最大吸附量依次为:CK是8.76 mg/g,N是8.78 mg/g,NP是8.76 mg/g,NPK是8.37 mg/g,M是9.43 mg/g,NPKM是9.89 mg/g。不同施肥处理之间,土壤对DOC的最大吸附量总体上差异不大,但施有机肥和有机无机配施处理下,土壤对DOC的吸附量显著高于不施肥(CK)和施化肥处理(N、NP、NPK)。

Adsorption Characteristics of Dissolved Organic Carbon on Yellow Paddy Soil under Long-term Fertilization
Abstract:The objective of this study was to clarify adsorption characteristics of dissolved organic carbon (DOC)in yellow paddy soil under different fertilization. Based on long-term fertilizer experiments in yellow paddy soil,which included CK,N,NP,NPK,M and NPKM treatments,then,their adsorption characteristics of DOC were analyzed through the batch equilibrium technique with microbial inhibitor adding. However,there was no difference of DOC adsorption rate constant among different fertilization treatments,they were reached adsorption equilibrium after 24h. The trend of maximum adsorption capacity was not smillar to DOC adsorption rate constant, among all treatments,CK,N,NP,NPK,NPKM and NPKS were 8. 76 mg/g,8. 78 mg/g,8. 76 mg/g,8. 37 mg/g,9. 43 mg/g and 9. 89 mg/g. There was not different of the maximum adsorption capacity among all fertilization treatments,but it was showed that M and NPKM were higher than CK,N,NP and NPK.
