分子生物学教学中多媒体教学的运用

摘    要:分子生物学是一门在分子水平研究生命活动规律的、技术性很强的基础学科。许多原理复杂、难度大、实验成本高、难以实际操作的内容,都可以通过多媒体课件中逼真的图像和三维动画,多层次、多角度地呈现教学内容。其课件制作要从分子生物学教学的角度,用化学分子语言来揭示生命现象,加强对分子生物学教学内容表达的真实性,同时注重交互方式,找到课件与学生之间的结合点,通过练习、反馈、思维、讨论与复习,增加师生互动的内容,突破知识的重点和难点。

Abstract:Molecular biology is a basic technical science which studies the vital movement rules at molecular level.The teaching contents with complex principle,difficulty,high experiment cost and hard operation can be shown in different levels,various angles by life-like image and three dimensions cartoon of multimedia courseware.The courseware is made from the angle of molecular biology teaching.The vital phenomena are revealed by chemical molecular language in molecular biology.It's very important that the validity of presenting teaching contents and interaction and cut-in point between courseware and students.The focal points and difficult points of molecular biology teaching are outstanding by exercise,feedback,thinking,discussion and review and interaction of multimedia-assisted teaching.
