NaCl胁迫与等渗PEG处理对荞麦光合速率和呼吸速率的影响

摘    要:以耐盐荞麦品种川荞1号和盐敏感荞麦品种TQ-0808为试验材料,采用50mmol/L和100mmol/L的NaC l胁迫和等渗PEG处理,结果表明:低盐度胁迫明显促进耐盐品种的光合速率,而高盐度胁迫时盐敏感品种的光合速率显著下降;相同盐度胁迫下,盐敏感品种呼吸速率增加幅度明显大于耐盐品种,2个荞麦品种在高盐度胁迫下呼吸速率增加幅度大于等渗PEG处理,盐敏感品种表现得更为明显,这可能是Na+毒害效应的结果。

Abstract:Salt-tolerant buckwheat variety Chuanqiao No.1 and salt-sensitive variety TQ-0808 were choosed as experimental materials,which were treated with NaCl(50 and 100mmol/L) stress and iso-osmotic PEG treatment.Salt stress of low concentration obviously promoted the photosynthetic rate of the salt-tolerant variety,while that of high concentration played a negative role on the salt-sensitive one.The respiratory rate of the salt-sensitive variety increased obviously more than that of the salt-tolerant one under sal...
