红芪脱脂工艺研究

摘    要:目的]优选并确立红芪脱脂的最佳工艺。方法]以红芪多糖含量为指标,采用正交试验法对提取过程中脱脂溶剂、脱脂时间、脱脂温度3个因素进行优选研究。结果]影响红芪提取的主要因素是脱脂溶剂,其次是脱脂时间,再次是脱脂温度。结论]以红芪多糖含量为考察指标的红芪脱脂最优工艺为石油醚70℃脱脂60 min。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to establish the optimal technology of radix hedysari defatted process. Method] With polysaccharide content as index, the factors including defatted solvent, defatted time and temperature were optimized by using orthogonal method. The results showed that solvent was the most important factor affected extraction, following with defatted time and temperature. Conclusion] The optimal conditions with polysaccharide content as index were petroleum ether 70 ℃, defatted 60 min.
