Abstract:Chemical compositions such as caffeine,tea polyphenol,amino acids,lead,copper,fluoride,etc.from 11 samples of Spiraea pubescens in different parts and different growth period were examined by using GB/T8312、GB/T8313、GB/T8314、GB/T5009.12、GB/T5009.13、GB/T5009.18.Three principal components were generalized from 11 indices which influence quality stability of tea chemical composition to construct the mathematical evaluation model,and 12 samples(include brick tea) were classified based on the score of comprehensive evaluation.They can be divided into five levels.The first level,Z>30,means tea is of good quality.The second,28
