摘    要:为研究不同灌溉量对基质栽培番茄产量和品质的影响,在番茄植株第3穗果坐住后,采用不同灌溉量(正常灌溉量的60%、80%及正常灌溉量)进行处理。结果表明:亏缺灌溉对番茄植株营养生长有抑制作用,可导致株高降低、茎粗变细和叶片变小,产量降低;适度亏缺灌溉(正常灌溉量的80%)管理可以提高番茄果实VC、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物含量和糖酸比,过度的亏缺灌溉(正常灌溉量的60%)会降低糖酸比等风味品质。综上,高品质番茄栽培适宜的灌溉处理是80%亏缺灌溉。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to study the effect of deficit irrigation on yield and quality of tomato in substrate culture, the test was carried out by controlling irrigation amount (60%, 80%, 100% of normal irrigation amount) after the 3rd fruit setting. The results showed that deficit irrigation could significantly inhibit the plant vegetative growth of tomato, which leaded to the decrease of plant height, stem diameter, leaf length, leaf width and yield. The moderate deficit irrigation (80%) increased the content of VC, soluble sugar, soluble solids and sugar-acid ratio, while excessive deficit irrigation (60%) affected flavor quality by decreasing sugar-acid ratio. Above all, the appropriate deficit irrigation for high-quality tomato cultivation was the 80% of normal irrigation.
