摘    要:竹展平板是圆竹筒的板材化利用的一种形式,竹展平技术则是将竹筒经软化、展开、定型等多个工序变成板状材料的关键技术。依据我国近几十年内的竹展平技术专利,文中综述了我国第1代无损竹展平、第2代损伤竹展平和第3代无刻痕竹展平技术的发展历程;对比分析了3代竹展平的关键技术、设备特点、产品特性及应用领域;鉴于竹展平板生产线的不连续性和竹展板产品单一的现状,提出了产品多样化、加工精准化、生产自动化和规模化的竹展平技术发展方向。

Abstract:Flattened bamboo board is produced by flattening the circular bamboo culm to a plat plate. The bamboo flattening technology is the key technology for softening, flattening, shape fixing of circular bamboo to tilt materials. Based on the patents on bamboo flattening in China, this paper reviews the development history of flattening technology in the past several decades from the 1st generation of nondestructive flattening, the 2nd generation of loss flattening and the 3rd generation of unnotched flattening, and compares and analyzes their key technologies, advance of equipment, product characteristics and applications. The technology development direction of flattening is put forward to stress products diversity, precision processing, automation and large scale production, in order to solve the problems such as discontinuous production line and unitary bamboo flattening products.
