不同光谱条件对越冬型拱棚韭菜生长发育及产量品质的影响

摘    要:应用5种颜色棚膜(紫色P,蓝色B、绿色G、黄色Y、红色R),研究不同光谱特征条件下拱棚光照度、温度、韭菜生长指标及品质产量等指标,比较分析得出:紫色棚膜的特征曲线(P)与自然光的特征曲线(S)在可见光范围内(380~780 nm)相似度较高。紫色棚膜内部的温度(P)值一直高于其他颜色棚膜处理的温度。5种颜色棚膜处理的韭菜株高增长速率由高到低分别为P值(2.52 cm/d)> Y值(2.01 cm/d)> G值(1.90 cm/d)> R值(1.80 cm/d)> B值(1.37 cm/d)。紫色棚膜处理叶片鲜质量积累3茬平均速率为 277.60 mg/d,紫色棚膜处理韭菜叶片干质量积累平均速率(P)值最高,达到22.42 mg/d,其他处理依次为Y值 18.47 mg/d,R值17.68 mg/d,G值15.63 mg/d,B值10.79 mg/d。紫色棚膜处理假茎鲜质量的积累平均速率(P)值最高,达到106.52 mg/d,其次为Y值77.71 mg/d,G值74.62 mg/d,R值69.87 mg/d,B值60.22 mg/d。3茬平均韭菜假茎干质量积累速率中, P值最高,为8.17 mg/d, R值最低,仅为4.07 mg/d。3茬韭菜根鲜质量积累平均速率为P值(119.84 mg/d)>Y值(117.89 mg/d)>R值(102.28 mg/d)>G值(98.99 mg/d)>B值(72.36 mg/d)。3茬韭菜根干质量积累平均速率方面,P值(50.98 mg/d)> R值 (38.81 mg/d)>G值(37.59 mg/d)Y值(37.18 mg/d)> B值(24.43 mg/d)。绿色棚膜处理的叶片中可溶性糖含量(G)值最高,为23.95 mg/g,红色棚膜处理(R)值次之,为23.28 mg/g;黄色棚膜处理叶片中可滴定酸含量的(Y)值最高,达到2.75 mg/g,紫色棚膜处理的P(值)为2.55 mg/g,各处理叶片和假茎中维生素C含量差异极大,叶片中维生素C含量是假茎中的7~14倍。紫色棚膜处理3茬韭菜总产量最高为103.95 t/hm2,其他处理依次为:Y值(88.84 t/hm2)> R值(82.99 t/hm2)> G值(82.27 t/hm2)>B值(68.36 t/hm2)。通过不同光谱特征条件下光照度、温度、韭菜生长指标及品质产量等综合评价得出:在西北地区冬季拱棚韭菜生产过程中,紫色棚膜的应用更有利于韭菜的生长发育及产量提升。

Abstract:By the application of different colors of plastic film,we found out the suitable demand for the production of leek in overwintering arch shed in Northwest China. Five colors of greenhouse film(purple P,blue B,green G,yellow Y,red R) were used to study the light intensity,temperature,growth index and quality and yield of leek under different spectral characteristics. The results showed that the characteristic curve(P) of purple greenhouse film was similar to that of natural light(S) in the visible light range(380-780 nm). The temperature(P) of purple film was always higher than that of other colors of film treatments. The growth rates of plant height of leek treated with five colors of plastic film were:P value(2.52 cm/d)>Y value(2.01 cm/d)>G value(1.90 cm/d)>R value(1.80 cm/d)>B value(1.37 cm/d) ,respectively. The average rate of fresh mass accumulation of three crops under purple plastic film treatment was 277.60 mg/d. The average rate of dry mass accumulation of leek leaves under purple plastic film treatment was 22.42 mg/d,followed by Y value 18.47 mg/d,R value 17.68 mg/d,G value 15.63 mg/d and B value 10.79 mg/d. The average accumulation rate(P) of fresh mass of pseudostem treated with purple plastic film was the highest,reaching 106.52 mg/d,followed by Y value 77.71 mg/d,G value 74.62 mg/d,R value 69.87 mg/d and B value 60.22 mg/d. Among the average dry mass accumulation rate of three-cropping leek,P value was the highest,8.17 mg/d,and R value was the lowest,only 4.07 mg/d. The average accumulative rate of fresh mass of leek root was P value(119.84 mg/d)>Y value(117.89 mg/d)>R value(102.28 mg/d)>G value(98.99 mg/d)>B value(72.36 mg/d). For the average rate of dry mass accumulation,P value(50.98 mg/d)>R value(38.81 mg/d)>G value(37.59 mg/d) Y value(37.18 mg/d)>B value(24.43 mg/d). The soluble sugar content(G) of leaves treated with green plastic film was the highest,23.95 mg/g,followed by the one treated with red plastic film(R),23.28 mg/g; the titratable acid content(Y) of leaves treated with yellow plastic film was the highest,reaching 2.75 mg/g,and P(P) of purple plastic film was 2.55 mg/g. The content of vitamin C in leaves and pseudostems varied greatly among the treatments,and the content of vitamin C in leaves was 7-14 times in stem than in pseudostem. The highest yield of three-stubble leek treated with purple plastic film was 103.95 t/hm2. The other treatments were Y value(88.84 t/hm2)>R value(82.99 t/hm2)>G value(82.27 t/hm2)>B value(68.36 t/hm2). Through the comprehensive evaluation of light intensity,temperature,growth index and quality and yield of leek in arch shed,it is concluded that the application of purple plastic film is more conducive to the growth and yield of leek in winter in Northwest China.
