低温胁迫对核桃抗寒性指标的影响

摘    要:笔者以晋RS-1系核桃砧木、中林1号、鲁光、晋香1年生枝条为试材,设置0℃,-10℃,-20℃,-30℃,-40℃5个温度梯度处理,分析低温胁迫对4个不同品种(系)核桃超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量及游离脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明:在低温胁迫下,随着温度的降低,参试核桃品种SOD活性总体呈现先升后降的趋势,晋香和鲁光的SOD活性呈现出"升—降—升—降"的双峰曲线,晋RS-1系和中林1号呈现出"升—降"的单峰曲线趋势,各品种间差异显著(P0.05);各品种MDA含量随温度降低总体呈上升趋势,其中,晋RS-1系呈现出"降—升"的双峰曲线趋势,鲁光及中林1号呈现出"升—降"的曲线趋势,各品种间差异显著(P0.05);各品种游离脯氨酸含量总体呈增长趋势,但不同品种间脯氨酸含量变化规律不同,且差异显著。

Abstract:The experiment was taken with 1 a branches of Jin RS-1, Zhonglin 1, Luguang, Jinxiang and treated at 5 tem- perature treatments as 0 ℃, - 10 ℃, - 20 ℃, - 30 ℃ and - 40 ℃, analyzed the effects of SOD activity, MDA content and free proline content under the low temperature stress. The result showed that: as the temperature decreased, SOD activity of four materials increased to a certain level and declined finally, SOD activity of Jinxiang and Luguang showed two peaks with ' high-low-high-low' trend, SOD activity of Jin RS-1, Zhonglinl showed ' high-low' trend, there were signifi- cant differences among 4 strains SOD activity( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; MDA contents of 4 strains increased with decrease of tempera- ture, Jin RS-1 and Luguang showed ' low-high' trend, Luguang and Zhonglin 1 showed ' high-low' trend, and there were significant differences among 4 strains MDA content( P 〈0. 05 ) ; free proline content of 4 strains was totally increased with decrease of temperature, but changing regularity of 4 strains free proline was different and the free proline contents under the same temperature were significant differences.
