| 摘 要： | 为研究盐胁迫对单叶蔓荆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响，用不同浓度的盐溶液处理单叶蔓荆种子，测定种子的发芽率与发芽指数，并测定盐胁迫下幼苗的保护酶活性等相关生理指标。结果表明：对照条件下种子萌发率最高；随着盐胁迫强度的增加，幼苗根系活力先增大后减小，盐胁迫浓度为30%时达到最大值；幼苗中脯氨酸含量逐渐增加；抗氧化酶的活性随着盐胁迫浓度的增加先增加后减少，但是SOD与POD活性在浓度20%时达到最高值，而CAT活性在浓度30%时达到最高值；MDA含量先减少后增加。试验表明，一定浓度的盐胁迫可以促进单叶蔓荆幼苗的生长，但种子萌发以无盐条件最好。
