| 摘 要： | 对云南省澄江县引种的杰兔、粉蓝、园蓝、灿烂4个兔眼蓝莓品种果实的外观性状及物质含量进行了测定,进而对其果实的综合营养品质进行了评价。结果表明:4个兔眼蓝莓品种扁球形为小果型,单果重小于1 g。果实中蛋白质、总糖、总酸、Vc、可溶性固形物、水分、纤维素的含量变幅依次为251.89~531.18 mg/100g、5.76~8.03 g/100g、0.08%~0.13%、3.75~5.40 mg/100g、14.8%~16.6%、81.38%~82.75%、7.91%~15.30%,矿质元素P、K、Ca、Mg、S、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn含量较丰富。不同品种间,果实中营养成分含量差异明显。果实综合营养品质最好的品种是杰兔,最差的是园蓝。
