毛果苔草生殖分蘖株生长及生殖分配的表型可塑性调节

摘    要:在三江平原毛果苔草(Carex lasiocarpa)籽实成熟期间,广泛采集生殖分蘖株,测定和分析了不同高度级别分蘖株数量性状的生态可塑性及其调节规律.结果表明:毛果苔草生殖分蘖株高与雌小穗数、小花数、穗生物量、茎叶生物量、株生物量呈显著或极显著的直线正相关关系,与种子数、种子生物量呈显著的幂指数正相关关系,与结实率呈极显著的直线负相关关系;生殖分配Ⅰ平均(19.78±2.36)%,生殖分配Ⅱ平均(6.94±2.68)%,毛果苔草对有性生殖的投入极低.生殖分配Ⅰ与分蘖株高、分蘖株生物量均呈显著的幂指数负相关,生殖分配Ⅱ与分蘖株高、分蘖株生物量均呈极显著的直线负相关.毛果苔草生殖分株数量特征和生殖分配表现出的规律性,反应了天然生境条件下毛果苔草种群生长与生殖的适应性.
