| 摘 要： | 从不同的角度分析了几种典型的磨粉机磨辊固定方式:磨辊轴与轴承间采用紧定套的连接方式适合用于低成本的小型单式磨粉机;磨辊轴带锥度的连接传动精度高,制造难度大;磨辊轴与轴承过盈配合连接方式比较适合于要求运转精度较高而成本较低的中型磨粉机。

| Abstract: | Several typical fixing methods for mill roller are analysed: tightening sleeve between roller shaft and bearing is suitable for small-sized mill with low cost; the roller shaft with taper has high transmission precision, but difficult to manufacture; shrink fitting of roller shaft and bearing is suitable for middle-sized mill which has high requirement for precision and with quite low cost. |
