| 摘 要： | 建国初期,由于旧的金融管理体制不能适应新的国民经济发展要求,国家采取了一系列的调整政策,对私营金融业进行了整顿、管理和指导,逐步完成了金融业的社会主义改造,并为其后的“三大改造”积累了经验、创造了条件。

| Abstract: | At the early stage of the founding the People's Republic of China,the management of the old private banking could not keep pace with the demand of the new national economic restruction and development.The state adopted a series of policies for restructuring and managing the private banking and accomplished a gradual socialist reformation of the private banking,which create some favorable condition for the later three major reformations. |
