| 摘 要： | 通过对临夏地区奶牛小养殖户、养殖大户、行了综合分析。数据表明，小养殖户养殖成本较低；小养殖户和养殖大户在鲜奶销售渠道上有竞争优势；合或组成合作社逐渐向养殖大户和养殖场过渡。养殖场的摸底调查，笔者对不同规模养殖的经济效益进养殖场的奶牛单产高于小养殖户和养殖大户，养殖场较小养殖户在整个奶产业中处于劣势地位，今后应通过联

| Abstract: | By a baseline survey of dairy farmers（5 cows per farmer）, large breeding farms（38 cows per farmer） and scale farmers （114 cows per farmer） in Linxia area Gansu province, comprehensive analysis for the benefit of different scale farming was conducted in this paper. Results suggested that dairy farmers had low production cost, scale farmers had higher yield of cows than dairy farmers and large breeding farmers. Scale farmers had a competitive advantage than dairy farmers and large breeding farmers in fresh milk sale. Dairy farmers had a disadvantage position in the whole milk industry, they should gradually evolve to large breeding farmers and scale farmers by forging alliances and the cooperative. |
