基于Workbench板簧支架轻量化设计

摘    要:板簧支架是连接板簧和车架的主要承载结构,对其进行轻量化设计对于整车的轻量化具有重要的意义。以板簧支架为研究对象,利用SolidWorks软件进行三维建模,通过SoildWorks和Workbench软件之间程序接口,将模型导入Workbench中,利用Static Structural模块、Response surface模块和Topology optimization模块对板簧支架进行轻量化设计。与初始设计的模型相比,在保持强度和刚度基本不变的情况下,质量减轻了2.7 kg,减少了23.4%,实现了板簧支架的轻量化设计。

Abstract:The leaf spring bracket is the main load-bearing structure connecting the leaf spring and the frame,and its lightweight design is of great significance for weight reduction of the entire vehicle.This article takes the leaf spring bracket as the research object,uses SolidWorks software for three-dimensional modeling,imports the model into Workbench through the program interface between SoildWorks and Workbench software,and uses the Static Structural module,Response surface module and Topology optimization module to perform the leaf spring bracket lightweight design.Compared with the originally designed model,the mass is reduced by 2.7 kg and 23.4%while keeping the strength and rigidity basically unchanged.The lightweight design of the leaf spring bracket is realized.
