| 摘 要： | 为比较不同保存方式对鸡减蛋综合征灭活抗原的影响,采用禽腺病毒京911株(CVCC AV70)经尿囊腔接种易感鸭胚,收获感染鸭胚液,经β-丙内酯灭活后,对该抗原的保存条件及其稳定性等方面进行优化。冻干抗原与未冻干抗原在相同温度下,冻干抗原HA效价下降较慢。冻干抗原在2~8℃和-15℃以下保存,HA效价没有明显差异。因此,生产的鸡减蛋综合征灭活抗原要在冻干后保存在2~8℃最佳。保存条件的优化不仅可以减少经济损失,而且还有助于更好的控制禽腺病毒疫情的暴发。

Study on Hemagglutination Inhibition Antigen Preparation of Egg Drop Syndrome |

| Abstract: | Egg Drop Syndrome(EDS) is an acute infectious disease that caused by hemagglutination adenovirus, which belongs to the third group of adenoviridae virus in avastrovirus. Main method for the clinical diagnosis is through hemagglutination inhibition (HI) test. Currently, HI antigen is prepared by inoculating susceptible duck embryo with CVCC AV70 via the allantoic cavity, then harvesting the infected duck embryo fluid, and inactivating. Whereas, there exist some problems such as short storage time and HI antigen titer instability. In this study, preservation conditions and time of the antigen and its stability were optimized to meet the needs of clinical diagnosis. |
