摘    要:在总结以前的专家系统设计及实现的基础上,阐述了网络防火专家系统的推理机、知识库、解释过程及知识获取的新的实现方法,使用了软构件等技术,把Web技术与专家系统的各个部分很好地融和到一起,克服了传统专家系统的弊端。首次将人工智能的方法应用到森林防火中,实现了森林防火技术的信息化、网络化和智能化。

Abstract:A new implementation method for the inference engine, knowledge base, interpretation procedure and knowledge acquisition of network fire prevention expert system was expounded based on the prevenient research result of design and implementation for expert systems. Web technology was blended well with every part of expert system using soft component technology, which overcomes the disadvantages of traditional expert systems. Artificial intelligence was applied to forest fire prevention for the first time, and an informational, networked and intelligent expert system for forest fire prevention was established.
