摘    要:以细河沙作扦插基质,用ABT1号生根粉处理插穗,清水处理作为对照,分别在温室和大田环境下进行聊红槐硬枝扦插试验,80 d后的调查结果表明,聊红槐硬枝扦插生根的类型为愈伤组织生根型。ABT1号浓度对根系效果指数的影响大于环境因素,ABT1号以低浓度(50~200 mg.L-1)为宜。在温室环境下,插穗愈伤组织的出现期和不定根的形成期比大田环境早约5 d,插穗生根率和根系效果指数均高于大田环境。温室环境与50 mg.L-1ABT1号的组合为最佳处理,其生根率为82%,平均根数为4.97根,平均根长14.12 cm,根系效果指数为1.40,分别比对照提高了86%、76.9%、93.2%和241%,差异极显著。

Abstract:The thin river sand was taken as the cutting substrate,the cutting was treated by ABT1 and regarded as the control with clean water treatment.An experiment on hardwood cutting seedling of Sophora japonica'Liaohong' was conducted in the greenhouse and on the field,After 80 d,The results showed the cutting rooting type of S.japonica'Liaohong' hardwood was callus-rooting type.The effect of concentration of ABT1 on the root effective indexes was stronger than that on the environment.The suitable ABT1 concentration was from 50 mg·L-1 to 200 mg·L-1.Compared with cuttings in the field,emergence of callus and adventitious roots occurred about 5 days earlier and the rooting effect and root system effect indexes were much better than those in the greenhouse.50 mg·L-1 of ABT1 in the greenhouse was the best treatment,the rooting rate,the average root number,the average root length and root effective indexes were 82%,4.97,14.12 cm and 1.40 and they were increased by 86%,76.9%,93.2% and 241% respectively in contrast with the control.The difference was significant.
