| Abstract: | Based on the theories background of the practice of BPR, this paper has pointed out that we should rcengineer the business process of the library, change the traditional passive information service so that the librarian will no longer go to routine work. Meanwhile, we should implement active information service and provide diversified and all types of information service by taking the user as the nucleus. |
