| 摘 要： | 经济林是安徽省传统的优势产业，但全省尚无林产品质量监管体系，这既给消费者带来健康隐患，也给林业投资者带来经营风险。本文介绍了可食用经济林产品的范围、监测内容和全国林产品质量监测概况，阐述了安徽省建设林产品质量监测体系的重要性和迫切性，重点对安徽省经济林产品质量体系建设内容和体系建设后开展的工作提出建议。

| Abstract: | Economic forest has long been a traditional competitive industry in Anhui Province, but there is no quality control system for forest products in the province, and this reality poses potential threats to consumers＇ health and causes operating risks for forestry investors. In this paper the range of edible forest products, monitoring items and general forest product monitoring situations in China were introduced. The importance and urgency of establishing the forest product monitoring system in the province were elaborated. Some suggestions were emphatically made on the establishment of the provincial economic forest product quality system and the follow-up work. |
