摘    要:选择华东地区7个有代表性试点分析了近年育成和推广的8个甘蓝型单、双低油菜品种的含油量和主要脂肪酸组分的稳定性表现.结果表明,参试品种多数为稳定性品种;双低油菜浙引84-7和Tower两品种含油量高,稳定性较好.油菜品种芥酸的回归系数和变异系数变化最大,亚油酸和亚麻酸次之,而油酸则较稳定.浙引84-7的亚油酸含量最高,适宜于高纬度地区种植;而其芥酸含量最低,且具平均稳定性.此外,还探讨了油菜品种脂肪酸组分稳定性不够理想的原因

Abstract:The oil contents and major fatty acids of eight single and double low rapeseed varieties were evaluated for their stability at seven locations in the east region of the country. The results showed that most of the tested varieties were stable ones with regard to the oil content, and the double low varieties of Zheyin 84 7 and Tower showed high oil contents and better stability. The greatest deviation of the regression coefficient and variation coefficient was found with the erucic acid of rapeseed varieties, and followed by the linoleic acid, linolenic acid and oleic acid. Zheyin 84 7 had the highest linoleic acid content and was suitable for the locations of high latitudes;it had the lowest erucic acid content and showed the average stability. The paper also discussed the causes of the poor stability of fatty acids in rapeseed varieties.
