摘    要:盆栽试验表明,在含磷量低的灰棕紫泥上,接种VA菌根(Glomus epigaeus)对菜豆(phaseolus vulgaris)磷素营养和生长有明显的正效应。VA菌根加磷与磷处理之间以及VA菌根与对照之间的株高,茎叶千重,再分枝等的差异均达显著水平;叶面积、根干重、豆荚产量和再分枝数,各处理之间的差异均达显著水平。几接种VA的植株,含磷量都高于未接种VA菌根的株株,表明VA菌根能加强菜豆对磷的吸收。

Abstract:A pot experiment was conducted on a low-phosphorus gray brown purple soil to study the effect of VA mycorrhiza (Glomus epigaeus) on kidney bean (phaseolus vulgaris) plants. It was shown that VA mycorrhiza promrted the uptake of phosphorus by the plants. In the pots inoculated with VA mycorrhiza, the plants gave greater height, enlarged leaf area, top dry material weight, root dry material weight and pod yield, and better regeneration capacity than the control. Significant diffenrences were observed between the treated plants of phosphorus and VA mycrorrhiza and phosphorus alone, and between VA mycorhiza and the control in plant height top dry material weight and secondary branch length. VA mycorrhiza treated plants contained much more phosphorus than the control.
