| 摘 要： | 本试验对猴头菇不同培养料配方和出菇温度进行研究,结果表明,配方3的产量最高,第一潮菇和第二潮菇的产量分别达到了148.2g·袋-1和125.6g·袋-1;出菇温度维持在16℃左右,出菇周期最短并且产量最高,出菇时间为26d。

| Abstract: | In this paper the effects of different substrate formulate and fruiting temperature on the growth of Hericium erinaceus （Bull. Fr.） Pers. were studied. The results showed that the highest yield reached in formula 3, and the production of the first wave and the second wave were up to 148.2 g·bag^-1 and 125.6 g·bag^-1. When the fruiting temperature was maintained at 16℃, the shortest fruiting time and the highest yield can be attained. The fruiting time was 26 d. |
