| 摘 要： | 目的]检测乌天麻块茎同原异位天麻素含量。方法]采用中国药典-HPLC法。结果]乌天麻块茎天麻素含量大小顺序为中柱>皮层>表皮,块茎各部位的天麻素含量大小顺序为上段>中段>下段>脐点>芽苞,天麻素含量高于天麻整体块茎的组织结构、部位有中柱、皮层、上段、中段。结论]乌天麻是优良的天麻品种资源。该研究为乌天麻资源的开发利用提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | Objective] The study aimed to determine contents of gastrodin from different parts of Gastrodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow.Method] HPLC in Ch.P.was adopted.Result] The content of gastrodin in different structures of Gastrodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow was stele> cortex> epidermis.The content of gastrodin in different parts of Gastrodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow was segmentum> middle piece> segment inferior> hilar spot> bractea.The contents of gastrodin in the stele,cortex,segmentum and middle were higher than the average.Conclusion] Gastrodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow was a superordinary breed variety.Scientific basis was provided for the further development of the resources of Gastrodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow. |
