摘    要:研究了以BM有机物料腐熟剂高温发酵鸡粪(以下简称BM有机肥)做底肥对大白菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明,随着BM有机肥使用量的增大,大白菜的叶长、叶宽、球高、球茎均增加,以30t/hm2时达到最大。BM有机肥使用量为30t/hm2时,大白菜可溶性糖含量最高,达到1.39%;粗灰分含量最低,仅为0.49%;亚硝酸盐含量为0.22mg/kg。BM有机肥使用量为30t/hm2时大白菜产量最高,达到164.09t/hm2,比单纯施用化肥处理产量增加14.01t/hm2,增产幅度为9.3%。在大白菜生产上使用BM有机肥,可以有效提高大白菜产量和品质,从而获得较大的经济效益。

Abstract:The effect of organic fertilizer that was inoculated by BM organic matter-decomposing inoculant via high temperature fermentation on the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage was studied.The result showed that promotion of BM organic fertilizer dosage increased the leaf length,leaf width,leafy head size,the dosage of 30 t/ha gave the best result.At this level,the soluble sugar rate in Chinese cabbage arrived its maximum(1.39%),coarse ash rate got the lowest level at 0.49% and the nitrite content was 0.22 mg/kg.Chinese cabbage gave highest output at 164.09 t/ha with dosage at 30 t/ha and Improved output of 14 tons which increase 9.3% than that obtained for chemical fertilizer only.
