芦荟汁对废电池胁迫下玉米质膜透性及保护酶的影响

摘    要:采用土培法,研究了不同质量浓度的芦荟汁对废电池胁迫下玉米幼苗质膜透性和保护酶活性的影响。结果表明,与废电池胁迫处理相比,在100g/L质量浓度的芦荟汁作用下,玉米幼苗叶片的保护酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活力增强,分别增加了20.33%和257.14%;丙二醛(MDA)含量降低了10.3%,膜脂过氧化程度减弱;电导率减小了6.78%,质膜透性下降、膜稳定性增强,说明低质量浓度的芦荟汁对废电池液胁迫下玉米幼苗的毒害具有一定的缓解作用,其质量浓度过高则缓解作用减弱。以100g/L的芦荟汁处理较为适宜。

Abstract:The method of soil culture was used to study effect of different density of aloe extracts on permeability of plasma membrane and activities of protective enzymes of maize(Zea mays L.) seedlings under used battery stress.The results showed that 100 g/L of aloe extracts increased the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) separately by 20.33% and 257.14%,and decreased the conductivity and malondialdehyde(MDA) content by 6.78% and 10.3%,respectively,compared with those only under used batteries stress.And membrane lipid peroxidation weakened,membrane permeability reduced and membrane stability increased.The results indicated that the toxic action of used batteries stress on maize seedling could be weakened by low concentration of aloe extracts,while higher concentration of aloe extracts reduced the effect,with 100 g/L as the optimum concentration.
