激光扫描共聚焦显微镜的原理及其在植物学中的应用概况

摘    要:激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(laser scanning confocal microscope,LSCM)技术是先进的分子和细胞生物学研究技术。LSCM具有高分辨率,可以实现无损伤连续光学切片,对活体或固定的组织细胞进行定性定量检测和定时定位分析。为进一步了解并应用LSCM技术,对LSCM的基本原理及LSCM技术在植物学研究中的应用及展望进行了综述。

Abstract:Laser scanning confocal microscope(LSCM) is an advanced technology for molecular and cellular biology.LSCM has many applied advantages such as high resolution,non-invasive serial optical sectioning,qualitative and quantitative measurement and time and location analysis of the living or fixed tissue and cell.In order to further understand and apply the technology of LSCM,basic principles of LSCM were explain and its application and prospect in the field of botany was discussed.
