摘    要:目的]研究铁皮石斛的组培快繁技术.方法]以铁皮石斛无菌苗的茎段为外植体,研究不同外源激素及其配比对铁皮石斛芽诱导及生根的影响.结果]芽增殖最佳培养基为MS+5 mg/L 6-BA+ 0.4 mg/L NAA,此时外植体生长健壮,芽分化数和诱导率较高;最佳生根培养基为MS +0.5 mg/L IBA +0.5 mg/L NAA.结论]该研究为铁皮石斛种苗的工业化生产奠定了基础.

Technology of Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Dendrobium candidum

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the technology of tissue culture and rapid propagation of Dendrobium candidum.Method] The stems of D.candidum were used as explants to study the effects of different exogenous hormones and its proportion on the buds induction and rooting of D.candidum.Result] The best medium for bud proliferation was MS + 5 mg/L 6-BA + 0.4 mg/L NAA,in which the growth of explants was robust,and the number of bud differentiation and induction rate were higher; the best rooting medium was MS + 0.5 mg/L IBA +0.5 mg/L NAA.Conclusion] The study laid the foundation for the industrialized production of seedlings of D.candidum.
