| 摘 要： | 目的]为节约集约建设用地,提高密集烤房利用率,增加效益.方法]将现行三层800mm台距密集烤房改成625 mm、700mm台距四层密集烤房,试验对比不同类型烤房烘烤成本效益.结果]试验表明,625 mm、700 mm台距四层烤房较现行密集烤房装烟容量分别增加28.83％ 、34.23％,烤后烟叶上等比例烟分别增加11.31％、10.40％,均价增加分别0.17、0.07元/kg,能耗及用工成本分别降低0.53、0.11 元/kg,产投比增加51％、10％.结论]四层密集烤房进一步发挥了密集烤房的优越性能,对改善现行密集烤房性能具有积极意义和推广价值.

| Abstract: | Objective] In order to make frugal and intensive use of construction land,increase utilization of bulk curing barn and benefit.Method] The experiment on rebuilding three-tiered bulk cuing barn with storey height 800 mm into four-tiered bulk curing barn with storey height 625 mm and 700 mm was conducted to compare the curing cost and benefit.Result] The results showed that the capacity of loading tobacco leaves of four-tiered bulk curing barn with storey height 625 mm and 700 mm was enhanced 28.83％ and 34.23％ than three-tiered bulk curing barn,the rate of supper tobacco was increased 11.31％ and 10％,the average price was raised 0.17 and 0.07 yuan per kilogram,and the power consumption and labor costs was reduced 0.53 and 0.1 1 yuan per kilogram.The output and input ratio was improved 51％ and 10％.Conclusion] The four-tiered bulk curing barn incarnates the performance of the bulk curing barn,it has a positive influence and promoting value. |
