| 摘 要： | 对采自江西九江的淡水有核珍珠与无核珍珠进行光学显微镜和扫描电镜研究,结果表明淡水有核珍珠在珠核与珍珠层之间有中空夹层,中空夹层是产生“尾巴珠”的直接原因.结合偏光显微镜下薄片观察与阴极发光镜下特征,淡水有核养殖珍珠的结构可分为4部分：珠核、有机质层、中空夹层和珍珠层,无核珍珠分为中心有机质和珍珠层,在阴极发光镜下珠核不发光,有机质发红色荧光,珍珠层发黄绿色荧光.在扫描屯镜下有核珍珠中文石晶片大小一致,文石层排列紧密,无核珍珠中文石晶片大小有差异,文石层排列疏松,这是导致有核珍珠光泽强于无核珍珠光泽.通过对珠核的SEM观察发现珠核表面参差状断口和不规则层状结构,文石晶片形态和大小均相差悬殊,存在大量空洞和断裂,这是造成有核养殖珍珠在珠核与包裹其上的珍珠层间易于出现中空夹层的主要原因.

Study of Structure Comparison between Freshwater Nucleated and Non-nucleated Cultured Pearls |

| Abstract: | Optical microscope and scanning electron microscope （SEM） were used to study the structure differences between freshwater nucleated and non-nucleated cultured pearls from Jiangxi Province.The results show that,there is a cavity between the nucleus and nacre in each freshwater nucleated cultured pearl.This cavity is caused by the unsuitable cultured environment and improper operation,and leading to the present of tails.Combining with polarizing microscope and Cathode luminescence characteristics,the freshwater nucleated cultured pearls can be divided into 4 parts：nucleus,organic layer,cavity and nacre layer; while the freshwater non-nucleated cultured pearls just have organic matter in the middle and nacre layers.In Cathode luminescence microscope,nucleus present none fluorescence,while organic matter show red,and nacre show green-yellow ffuorescence.The aragonite platelets in nucleated pearls have the same size,while have a large difference in no-nucleated pearls,the distance between layers in the former is smaller than the latter,thus present a brighter luster.SEM diagrams of the pearl nucleus show the pearl nucleus surface presents uneven and irregular lamellar structure,morphology and size of aragonite platelets are different,there are many cavities and fracture on the pearl nucleus surface,which caused the hollow interlayer between the pearl nucleus and parcel pearl layer. |
