| 摘 要： | 目的]筛选具有杀螨活性的中药材。方法]采用玻片浸渍法室内测定了9种中药材不同溶剂的粗提物对朱砂叶螨雌成螨的触杀活性。结果]粗提物浓度为2mg／ml时，木鳖子石油醚和氯仿粗提物、川楝子丙酮粗提物、马钱子甲醇、石油醚粗提物对朱砂叶螨成螨均有较高的杀螨活性，校正死亡率均大于70％，其中马钱子石油醚粗提物为最高（75．31％）。毒力测定表明，马钱子石油醚粗提物对朱砂叶螨成螨的杀螨毒力最高，其LJC。为0．70mg／ml。结论]马钱子具有较好的杀螨活性。

| Abstract: | L Objective J rib screen Chinese medicinal materials with acaricidal activity. Method J The acaricidal activities of crude extracts from 9 Chinese medicir~al materials against Tetranychus cinnabarinus were tested by slide-dip method in the laboratory. Result] The results showed that the Momordica cochinchirvensis crude extract of petroleum ether and chloroform, Melia tooseltdan crude extract of acetone, as well as Semen strychni crude extract of methanol and petroleum ether, had significantly higher contact activities than the others at the concentration of 2 mg/ml, the mortality rates all were 〉 70%. The contact activity of Semen strychnos petroleum ether extract was the highest, its mortality rate was 75.31%. The toxicity test further indicated that Strychnos crude petroleum ether extract had the highest acaricidal activities with LCs0 value of 0.70 mg/ml. Conclusion] Semen strychni had the better acaricidal activity. |
