| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了6HCH-500型青稞烘炒机的研制情况.该机具是一种粮食加工机械,特别是涉及一种藏族同胞的主要食物糌粑的原料青稞食品加工专用烘炒机.其采用红外线加热管进行加热,加热温度自动控制,加热方式先进,无污染现象.试验证明,本机具烘炒加工青稞开花均匀、色泽好且爆花率高,不破坏青稞特有的香味及各种营养成分,磨出的炒面口味香且口感好,同时具有结构设计合理、操作方便、生产率高、工作可靠和适应性强等特点.

| Abstract: | Have mainly introduced the type of highland barley 6HCH-500 to dry the condition of R&D of fried machine. This facility is a kind of grain processing machinery , uses privately , especially the food processing of raw material of highland barley of the major food zanba that is concerned with a kind of fellow countryman of the Tibetan nationality to dry fried machine. Since this facility heats up with the heating pipe of infrared ray, it is advanced to heat up temperature to control warm, heating way voluntarily, the phenomenon of free from contamination; Experiment proves that this facility processes highland barley to bloom , has good color , bloom rate is high, the process does not destroy various nutrition compositions and the fragrance of peculiar highland barley, the fried surface ground tastes perfume and mouthfeel are good. At the same time, it has the characteristic of reasonable structural design , convenient operating ,high productivity , work reliable and strong adaptability etc. |
